A rumor has been circulating today regarding the potential release of NXT Superstar Nick Miller, one half of the tag team known as The Mighty. We have reached out to WWE for comment and are working to solidify more information.
Miller (fka Mikey Nicholls) signed with WWE in 2016 alongside his long-time tag partner Shane Thorne (fka Shane Haste). The two have actually been working together for about 8 years, including five years with Pro Wrestling NOAH and a stint with New Japan Pro Wrestling.
Update #1: Nick Miller has been removed from the official WWE.com Superstar page. Shane Thorne is still listed at this time.
Update #2: Pro Wrestling Sheet has confirmed that Nick Miller has been released from his contract, with one source stating that he has returned home for “personal reasons”.
