Updated on 7/10 at 11:15am EST: According to PWInsider.com, this year’s will now take place on Sunday, December 16th in San Jose, CA. The TLC PPV will be replacing the WWE Clash of Champions PPV which was originally scheduled for December, and it appears as if the Clash PPV has been dropped.
Original Article: As we noted on Monday, WWE appears to be making some changes to its PPV calendar this year, as aside from Survivor Series in November, most of the events for the remainder of the year are being listed as TBD.
According to PWInsider.com, during WWE Raw this week, it was announced to the fans at the TD Garden in Boston that a co-branded Raw and Smackdown Supershow will be taking place on October 21st at The Garden, and will feature Ronda Rousey. Originally scheduled for 10/21 at The Garden was the WWE TLC PPV, however, that appears to be off.
Ticketmaster.com is currently running an online pre-sale for tickets to the Supershow taking place in October, and the pre-sale code BOSTON can be used to obtain tickets. No word at this time as to whether or not WWE plans to reschedule, or drop altogether, the WWE TLC PPV which has been running annually since 2009.
