This week’s episode of WWE Smackdown Live, which boasted a stacked card announced in advance, featured Shinsuke Nakamura vs Jeff Hardy and a main event of Brie Bella vs Maryse.
This week’s WWE Smackdown was also the last stop on the road to WWE Hell in a Cell this Sunday night, and much like Raw this week the show saw an audience drop, reports ShowBuzz Daily. The report notes this week’s WWE Smackdown viewership averaged 2.229 million, which is down from last week’s 2.319 million viewership average for the show which aired the day after the Labor Day holiday.
This week’s WWE Smackdown Live, which also featured the finals of the Smackdown Tag Team Title tournament along with Becky Lynch surprise attacking Charlotte Flair yet again, ranked #7 in overall cable television viewership for the night.
