Tye Dillinger Posts Cryptic Tweet, Nikki Bella Reveals New Total Bellas Cast Member

Tye Dillinger hasn’t appeared on WWE Television for several months due to injury and this week the Perfect 10 posted a cryptic tweet.

Dillinger simply posted a date on his social media, which happens to be for tomorrow, which could have several meanings. Many people quickly responded with the fact that the All Elite Wrestling press conference is taking place tomorrow, but Dillinger is still under contract with WWE so he isn’t going to be appearing, even though he did share AEW’s logo previously.

The most obvious possibility is that Dillinger will be making his return to SmackDown Live tomorrow, or potentially debuting on WWE 205 Live, as Drake Maverick has been teasing new talent for the show.

New Total Bellas Member

Total Bellas is set to make its return to E! this month and on Instagram, Nikki Bella revealed a new member of the family will be focused on this season.

Nikki revealed that Maya Laurinaitis will be joining the show as she attempts to start her career in modeling, with Nikki stating that she even wants to become a WWE Superstar one day. Maya is the daughter of John Laurinaitis, who is married to Nikki’s mom.

WWE Confirms WALTER’s In-Ring Debut For NXT UK Tonight

After making his debut for WWE last night at NXT UK Takeover: Blackpool, the company has confirmed that WALTER will make his in-ring debut tonight.

WALTER appeared at the end of the show to confront WWE UK Champion, Pete Dunne with the two men facing off and possibly teasing a future feud between them.

Tonight, NXT UK will once again be back in the Empress Ballroom in Blackpool to tape brand new episodes of the show and WWE has confirmed on Twitter that WALTER will make his in-ring debut during the taping.

Dash Wilder & Scott Dawson Request Their Release From WWE

Dave Meltzer has confirmed a major rumor that has been circulating over the past 48 hours, reporting in the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that both Dash Walder and Scott Dawson of The Revival have asked for their release from WWE.

According to reports, the RAW Superstars asked officials to be released from their WWE contracts immediately after their tag team match against the Lucha House Party this past Monday night. As of this writing they are still with the company, and are not expected to be granted their release any time soon due to the rapidly rising levels of competition.

It’s almost a guarantee there would be immediate interest from AEW and obvious money in a long program with the Young Bucks. While less of a sure thing, ROH and Impact Wrestling would most likely offer them deals, and with their style, NJPW could be a great fit if there was interest from the company.

Dash Wilder (Daniel Wheeler, 31) got his start in Georgia around 2007 working for the NWA Anarchy promotion and gradually expanding year-over-year into North Carolina, Tennessee and eventually a tour in Japan with the ZERO1 promotion.

Scott Dawson (David Michael Hardwood, 34) had a similar start in North Carolina starting in 2005. He was signed by WWE at the end of 2012 and worked for a year as a singles competitor, appearing as an enhancement talent on NXT television, and occasionally working with Rusev in a tag team before suffering an ACL injury which took him out of action for over half a year.

While Dash arrived to NXT in 2014 he was immediately packaged with a returning Dawson, and the two were called “The Mechanics”. After taking part in the inaugural Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic, they won the NXT Tag Team Championships from The Vaudevillians in late 2015. Their biggest program was undoubtedly with American Alpha, Jason Jordan and Chad Gable, dropping the titles at NXT Takeover: Dallas, and regaining them at NXT Takeover: The End.

The Revival debuted on Monday Night RAW immediately following WrestleMania 33, but their run was almost immediately cut short when Wilder suffered an injury that took him out of action for two months. Shortly after his return Dawson also suffered an injury, putting the team on the shelf for another six months.

Upon their return they were used sparingly but never consistently, and almost never in ways that made them look like a legitimate presence in the tag team division, despite being considered one of the best teams in the world during their run in NXT.

Jordynne Grace To Face WWE Women’s Legend At Warrior Wrestling IV

Impact Wrestling superstar Jordynne Grace will face one of the biggest challenges of her young career this March, when “Big Mamma Pump” faces off against another legitimate badass — former WWE Women’s Champion and five-time TNA Knockouts Champion Lisa Marie Varon (aka Victoria/Tara).

Grace has made a name for herself at previous Warrior Wrestling events in Chicago, infamously scrapping with Tessa Blanchard on multiple occasions, and most recently defeating local stand-out Kylie Rae to retain her PROGRESS Women’s Championship.

Also scheduled for Warrior Wrestling IV is a huge six-man tag team match that will see all three members of SoCal Uncensored — Christopher Daniels, Frankie Kazarian and Scorpio Sky — squaring off against the high-flying trio of Rich Swann, Andrew Everrett and Sammy Guevara.

LOOK: New Japan Posts the History of CHAOS Part 5

New Japan Pro Wrestling recently posted part five of The History of CHAOS. The Youtube series documents the history surrounding one of NJPW’s most powerful factions.

Leadership of the faction, founded by Shinsuke Nakamura, was up for grabs in 2014. Nakamura and Kazuchika Okada were the two Alpha males of CHAOS and while they did battle for supremacy, they ended their rivalry on good terms. There was no real war for the top slot and Shinsuke headed to WWE just two years later in 2016.

CHAOS thrived under Okada, as The Rainmaker became the top guy in New Japan Pro Wrestling. Rocky Romero found success as a tag team wrestler, Toru Yano became a highly entertaining act and Yoshi-Hashi had the best year of his career.

Tomohiro Ishii was the true enforcer of CHAOS and fan favorite Hirooki Goto became the group’s newest member. But things truly stepped up when pro wrestling sensation Will Ospreay joined CHAOS, where he continues to thrive to this day.

New Japan Pro Wrestling recently posted the latest edition of the Recount and this time, it’s the History of The Bullet Club, part five. The documentary style series has profiled the history of NJPW’s most successful faction, from the very begging of Finn Bálor, to the present day.

This era of The Bullet Club is now being run by Jay White, who was formerly a member of CHAOS alongside Kazuchika Okada. The Switchblade turned on Okada and was joined by Gedo, who is now the newest mastermind behind The Bullet Club.

White has become the hottest new star in New Japan and it’s clear that he’s headed to the very top. Jay has beaten Okada, Hiroshi Tanahashi, Kenny Omega and many more along the way. Jay White is indeed the new face of the company and he’s using all of the Bullet Club muscle at his disposal.

The Bullet Club is no longer dancing over the line as a semi-babyface faction as it was when Omega and Cody Rhodes led the way. The Bullet Club is once again the most vicious stable that New Japan has ever seen and Jay White is flourishing as the man on top of it all.

WWE.com has officially confirmed that the “Bruiserweight” Pete Dunne will defend his WWE United Kingdom Championship at NXT Takeover: New York against none other than the Austrian powerhouse WALTER, in what could be an early candidate for best match of WrestleMania weekend.

Le site TMZ, qui a obtenu le rapport de l’enquĂŞte mĂ©dicale, est en mesure d’affirmer que l’acteur des Feux de l’amour souffrait d’une maladie classĂ©e dans les cardiopathies hypertrophiques, ce qui signifie que son coeur avait du mal Ă  pomper correctement le sang. Cette maladie le rendait fragile et, au moment de sa mort, il aurait consommĂ© une trop grande quantitĂ© d’alcool qui aurait causĂ© sa mort, laquelle a Ă©tĂ© catĂ©gorisĂ©e comme “accidentelle”.

Le site amĂ©ricain ajoute Ă©galement que Kristoff St. John, qui souffrait de dĂ©pression depuis la mort de son fils Julian (survenue en 2014) – il avait aussi deux autres enfants –, avait Ă©tĂ© libĂ©rĂ© d’une clinique spĂ©cialisĂ©e dans les troubles mentaux deux jours Ă  peine avant sa mort. Kurt Angle On What His Most ‘Trying’ Match Was, His Mindset During His WWE Debut, More

WWE Hall Of Famer, Kurt Angle recently hosted a Q&A on his Facebook page where he answered a variety of questions from the WWE Universe. Below are some highlights with a H/T to Rajah.com for the transcriptions.

On his most ‘trying’ WWE match:

“The one-hour iron man match with Brock Lesnar. It was intense and so was Brock. Not to mention my sister passed away the night before. That match was two world class athletes going toe-to-toe for 60 mins. Intense.”

His mindset before his WWE debut:

“I had no idea what to do, I just did what I was told. In this business, being a great leader also entails being a great follower at first. I was an excellent follower when I started. I listened extremely well when my career began. And that morphed into me being an excellent leader years later.”

The most dangerous submission he has been put in:

“Armbars are the nastiest. Probably because your arms are smaller and will snap faster than your legs. Second…getting choked out.”
