Proof Manchester United are throwing it away this year – how the 2019/20 Premier League table would look if games finished at half-time

Things would be a lot better at Old Trafford if they weren’t as sloppy in the second half, though.

The Red Devils would actually sit fourth in the table if games had ended when the half-time whistle was blown, six places higher than they currently are.

They have been winning after 45 minutes on eight occasions, but only claimed three points four times over a full 90 minutes.
