— Matt Hardy met with a doctor yesterday in North Carolina to determine whether surgery is necessary for his abdominal tear. Matt also said he’s excited about moving to Smackdown.
— Evan Bourne commented on moving from ECW to Raw: “Very excited about the multitude of opportunities that just landed on my plate!”Bourne will face U.S. Champion Kofi Kingston in a non-title match next week on Raw.
— After wrestling two matches at Sunday’s The Bash Pay-Per-View and then another two matches the following night on Raw, Chris Jericho is feeling the after effects. “I just woke up and I can barely walk. I’m getting too old for two matches a night.”
