A brand new match has just been officially announced for SummerSlam. This week’s edition of Monday Night Raw kicked off with Roman Reigns facing off against Baron Corbin, and when the Constable tried to leave the ring during the match, he was stopped by Finn Balor. Later on during the show, it was announced that Corbin and Balor will face each other in singles match during the SummerSlam pay-per-view in two weeks. Corbin and Balor have been feuding on television and on social media for weeks now. The two of them originally fought at Extreme Rules in July, which saw Balor pick up a win, but the two of them will square off once again when WWE returns to Brooklyn, New York later this month.

The current card for SummerSlam does not feature the Raw Tag Team Champions Bo Dallas and Curtis Axel at all at the moment. While that could end up changing in the weeks leading up to the show, it looks like The B Team will instead be defending their titles in a Triple Threat tag team match on Raw next week. It was announced during last night’s episode of Raw that Axel and Dallas will be putting their championships on the line next week when they face The Revival and former champions The Deleters of Worlds. Of course, Axel and Dallas are still undefeated as of right now, so it will be interesting to see if the unexpected champions can keep their momentum going during their title match next Monday night.

WWE will usually premiere a new series or new episodes of a series on the WWE Network right after Monday Night Raw goes off the air. The company has once again utilized this strategy as a brand new episode of Table for 3 appeared on the WWE Network after Raw concluded last night with very little promotion ahead of time. The new episode features three successful competitors of WWE’s women’s division, including former women’s champions Natalya and Nia Jax, as well as WWE Hall of Famer Beth Phoenix. The three of them discuss their careers and moments in the business as evidenced by a short preview that WWE has released on their YouTube channel, which can be watched down below:
