Jadon Sancho, Timo Werner and Moussa Dembele among Chelsea’s transfer shortlist as Frank Lampard looks to strengthen attack in January

The Blues are on a poor run of form having lost four of their last five Premier League matches, and manager Lampard knows defeat to Jose Mourinho’s Tottenham at the weekend will see them go level on points with their London rivals.

The Blues boss has reportedly been given a £150million war chest to spend next month after FIFA halved the club’s transfer ban on signing new players, and according to The Telegraph, six high-flying attackers have been pinpointed as potential targets.

Jadon Sancho is the arguably the most high-profile name on the list. The England starlet has been in blistering form this season, having netted eight goals and added eight assists for Borussia Dortmund.

However, it is believed Dortmund are unlikely to let him leave until the summer as they will not have time to find a suitable replacement for the teenager.

Another name on the shortlist is Crystal Palace and Ivory Coast winger Wilfried Zaha, who scored a stunning goal in the Eagles’ 1-1 stalemate with rivals Brighton on Monday evening.
