The Reds are competing on two fronts this week, with half their squad facing a Carabao Cup quarter-final and the other half taking part in the global tournament.
Liverpool are involved in the Club World Cup having won the Champions League last season and are now looking to face Flamengo or Al-Hilal in the final on Saturday.
They take on a Monterrey side this evening who won the CONCACAF Champions League last term.
Jurgen Klopp’s side are being pushed to the limit at the moment but he’ll still be eyeing glory in the showpiece competition.
