The Gunners are currently on their worst run of form for 42 years following nine games without a win, a streak not matched since 1977.
Things haven’t improved since the sacking of Unai Emery, with Arsenal drawing 2-2 at Norwich before a dismal 2-1 defeat at home to Brighton.
And Cascarino highlighted an incident from that game which shone poorly on Gunners skipper Aubameyang.
The club’s top scorer lost his cool with 20-year-old midfielder Joe Willock following a misplaced pass as the frustration told at the Emirates.
“There was an incident with Willock on Thursday night where he takes a bit of stick from Aubameyang, which I thought was totally out of order,” Cascarino told talkSPORT.
“Aubameyang berated him. Willock’s a young kid coming into the game. It was totally out of order.”
And Cascarino hasn’t been impressed with Ljungberg’s approach during his opening two matches in charge.
In fact, he picks out something which struck him as inexperienced, poor management from the Swede.
“He made changes after his very first game, that’s bad management. You’ve got to say, ‘You’re my first XI and I’m going to trust you even if we have a bad game’.
