Amol Kale, Rakesh Bangera and Amit Degwekar, three men who are accused in the murders of Rationalist Narendra Dabholkar and Journalist Gauri Lankesh were granted bail in the first case by a court in Pune.
The magisterial court in Pune on Friday accepted the accused’s argument that their detention was illegal after the CBI did not file the chargesheet against them within 90-days.
