Oupa Mohoje will lead a side that includes a number of players making their Cheetahs bows, while Jacques du Toit will be making his 50th appearance for the club if he comes on to the field as replacement hooker.
Dan Human will oversee Free State’s Currie Cup team, while director of rugby Franco Smith will coach the PRO14 team.
