Google Merchant Center 购物广告的审核愈加严格，封号账户如何自检，需要提供哪些信息申诉解封账户？

一、当前审核团队的绝杀情形（一定提前避免）

1、一定不解封的情形：站群网站

先说一下站群的判断标准。站群并不是说公司有好几个网站就叫站群，也不是说我只有2个网站就不是站群了。站群是从同一个公司的不同网站是否有相似产品判断的。
所以如果你们公司有多个垂直站，但是每个网站产品不相似，那你可以大胆申请解封。反之，即使公司只有2个网站，但是这2个站卖相同产品，那也是符合站群，不能解封的。

另外，如果是扒的别家网站图文页面，也一样被判站群。
那么已经是站群的网站，是不是就没有办法了呢？也不是，做到以下几点，站群客户也可以申请解封：

关掉类似网站，GMC，google ads账户
一个网站一个GMC账户。（之前的GMC被停，有过重复开GMC的，关掉之前的GMC）

这个大家要特别注意，有很多人是重复开过GMC的，那一定要找出之前的GMC注销掉，并且要找到验证之前的GMC时添加在网站上的代码，去对应的删掉

一个产品只有一个feed item
有人经常会说虽然我产品相似，但是我区分了IP和设备，谷歌检测不到我的，那我可以不改吗？这种我只能说，你可能低估了谷歌的检测能力。大部分情况谷歌还是能检测到的，最好不要有侥幸心理。

2、会直接驳回的情形

Feed内没有有效产品。
很多客户Feed还没传产品就申诉，或者Feed里产品过期了没有重新抓取就申诉，这种是直接驳回，不予审核的。所以申诉前请确保Feed内有有效产品（产品被拒登没关系）。

• 电话要加国家编码
• 网站地址要和GMC商家信息，营业执照都保持一致

提示：全是国内信息没关系，只要一致就可以解封。

若包含免邮政策，要写清楚满足条件（比如消费超过多少钱，可以免邮到哪些市场或地区等）
若有平邮跟快邮的不同选项，要标明相应的价格及时间
涉及到不同市场的海关税，也需要标明承担方

这里常常出错的是第三条，那些市场可以包邮，哪些不可以包邮要写明白。如果全球包邮就写全球包邮，不能觉得客户知道就不写。

退货和退款政策必须清晰明确，同时方便查找
即使不提供退货或退款服务，也需要明确说明政策
要在政策中明确说明会如何处理退货和退款，包括：用户需要采取的措施 / 退货和退款的适用情形 / 接受退货的时间期限/ 用户多久会收到退款等
在政策中也要强调关于邮寄地址的问题（如要说明不要邮寄回原地址或是邮寄地址会通过邮件的形式在提交申请后提供）
要标明是否需要退货手续费，以及退换货的邮费由谁来承担

5、Privacy Policy

因为欧美市场对于个人信息的收集及应用非常重视, 因此这条也需要包含在网站上且可查看。
(1) 官方对于个人信息收集及使用的指南，在面对消费者的政策解释里，需要涵盖与以下要求及场景相对应的解释：

• 在使用 SSL 技术保护的页面上妥善收集信用卡号等个人信息
• 不得出售用户的联系信息
• 不得在未经用户同意的情况下，将用户的个人信息或图片用于广告
• 您的网站不得以收集用户的个人信息为主要目的

除以下情况外，禁止提供免费赠品或采取激励措施：

• 在使用 SSL 技术保护的页面上妥善收集信用卡号等个人信息
• 在用户购买商品时提供
• 属于营销活动的一部分
• 主要目的不是收集用户个人信息

(2) 如在Policy中标明适应某个国家的法律，需要注意其是否与目标投放国家一致
(3) 在Policy中提供的任何联系信息，应该真实有效，若是与商家相关的信息，需要跟其他页面对应

6、Payment Method

(1) 付款方式清楚完善 网站上的支付方式Logo，要与网站可接受的支付方式对应.
这一条也是经常出问题的一条，尤其用shopify模板建站的同学要注意，要检查下前台自带的LOGO，如果你的网站有不支持的，一定要去掉
（2）支付方式介绍中，需要与网站可接受的支付方式对应（如果同时接受Paypal和信用卡支付，需要同时写明具体的支付流程及方式

7、因为Untrustworthy Promotions被封号的网站，做以下调整：

（1）移除网站上的促销信息和Promo Code
（2）移除插件插入的不真实第三方评价，不真实购买信息，不真实库存数据
（3）移除网站上所有提供虚假信息的插件

8、因为Misrepresentation of Self or Products被封号，做以下操作

（1）确保About Us/ Contact Us符合第一条要求：地址、电话、邮箱3者都有，电话有国家编码，地址与GMC地址，营业执照地址一致
（2）如果有，请提供Amazon订单数和评价 (提供链接）
（3）网站url和品牌一致，如果有品牌注册证明，也一并提供
（4）第三方产品，feed需写明，并提供授权文件
属于第三方授权品牌的，网站上放上授权证书，feed中写明，也再提交一下这个表单https://support.google.com/google-ads/contact/copyright?pli=1

9、保证外链准确且有效

主页底部外链容易出错，尤其是针对于用模板搭建网站的客户，很容易直接复制模版而忽略外链是否有效，可能存在跳转到其他账户或者到无效页面的情况。 申诉中最常见的是使用了模板提供的SNS按钮，但是没有给每个SNS按钮设置有效主页链接，导致有的按钮打不开，这种一定要提前自己检查好，确保每个链接都是有效的

10、付款流程顺畅

确保付款流程没有无效页面的跳转
确保付款流程全程都有Shipping policy、Return & Exchangepolicy以及Privacy policy可点击和展示（可以放在页面页脚位置）
确保邮费可以正常结算和显示

11、网站上不要出现“最好”“最优惠”之类的文案
