As noted, Ronda Rousey appeared in front of the live crowd in Dallas tonight during the airing of Ultimate Deletion, and WWE has released the entire unseen segment in the video above.

In this moment you didn’t see on Raw, “Rowdy” Ronda Rousey deals with an interruption from Dana Brooke.

Seth Rollins Wants Raw Rematch

WWE has also released the following video, featuring Seth Rollins explaining his actions on Raw tonight. Rollins added that he went to Kurt Angle and asked for a rematch against Finn Balor, and when he saved Balor on Raw tonight from The Miztourage, he was not necessarily saving Balor, but proving a point that he eventually wants that rematch.

Hall of Famer Endorses Kane

TMZ Sports recently caught up with WWE Hall of Famer Mick Foley, and during the interview, Foley endorsed Kane, real name Glenn Jacobs, as he campaigns to be the Mayor of Knox County, Tennessee.

“One of the wisest, best read, most well-read, compassionate people I’ve ever met,” said Foley. “He’s a Republican, and I’m not, and that doesn’t really matter. He’s an honorable man and a great person, and he wouldn’t be doing this if he didn’t think he could do a great job for the people of Knox County.”

This Week’s WWE Smackdown Viewership Up Big Following Fastlane

This week’s edition of WWE Smackdown, which featured the fallout from this past Sunday night’s WWE Fastlane PPV, scored a big viewership number for the Blue Brand.

According to ShowBuzz Daily, this week’s WWE Smackdown averaged 2.771 million viewers, which is up from last week’s 2.590 million viewership number. Not only did this week’s Smackdown see a sizable viewership increase, but the show garnered the most viewers since April of last year.

This week’s show featured a main event segment of Shane McMahon announcing his plans to take a leave of absence as Team Blue’s Commissioner. Shane also announced that Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn would face each other in a singles match at WrestleMania 34, which lead to Zayn and Owens taking Shane out after a brutal beatdown.

WWE announced ahead of time that Shane McMahon would be making a big announcement on Smackdown, and the company also announced that Asuka would be returning to the show to confront her WrestleMania opponent, Charlotte Flair.

WWE Smackdown ranked #5 this week in overall cable TV viewership.

Braun Strowman has had some custom kicks made specifically for him, featuring his logo and catchphrase, with the WWE Raw Superstar posing with them on Twitter.

Strowman said they are the sickest pair of shoes he has ever seen, with the creator claiming they took over a year to make.

Rusev Still Waiting For Celebrity Match

Rusev is still on the hunt for a celebrity opponent for WWE WrestleMania 34, with the leader of Rusev Day tweeting that he is still waiting for someone. Home Alone star, Macaulay Culkin had accepted the challenge on Twitter, but Rusev refused to face him.

Usher : Une attaque à main armée éclate devant son studio d’enregistrement

L’interprète de Yeah! aurait-il échappé au pire mardi ? Dans l’après-midi du 12 février 2019, Usher était en pleine session d’enregistrement dans un studio de West Hollywood lorsque des coups de feu ont été tirés à l’extérieur. Comme le révèle le site TMZ, la star n’était pas visée par l’attaque puisque c’est finalement le rappeur Rich the Kid qui en a été victime.

Une dizaine de tirs auraient été entendus devant le Westlake Recording Studio. Selon People, trois hommes auraient été blessés par trois autres qui les auraient menacés pour leur voler leurs bijoux et de l’argent, avant de les agresser physiquement et de prendre la fuite à bord d’un véhicule. Les coups de feu auraient été tirés lorsqu’ils s’échappaient avec leur butin. Aperçu sain et sauf à sa sortie du studio dans la soirée, Usher n’a pour sa part fait aucun commentaire. L’enquête se poursuit pour tenter d’identifier les malfaiteurs.

Plus tôt dans la journée, Rich the Kid avait publié une photo de lui sur son compte Instagram, s’affichant devant une voiture de sport, des liasses de billets dans une main et de larges bijoux autour du cou. TMZ affirme que le jeune artiste de 26 ans avait écrit en légende, “À des fins de motivation seulement.” Il semble avoir depuis changé son commentaire pour “Toujours faire un dépôt à la banque“…

John Cena On “You Laugh, You Lose”, New Trailer For “Rise Of The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles” (Videos)

John Cena has been all over the place recently, promoting his new movie “Blockers” in theaters April 6th, 2018 which has gotten fairly decent reviews already on Rotten Tomatoes. From Jimmy Fallon, to Ellen, and now on YouTube’s “You Laugh, You Lose”, the leader of the Cenation is showing off not just his acting skills, but his ability in comedy as well.

Cena’s tag team partner this time is co-star Ike Barinholtz as they tell the worst dad jokes against Doboy & Patrick. Watch to see if Cena is victorious, or taps out to laughter (spoiler: Cena never taps).

Trailer For New Ninja Turtles Series Released, Featuring John Cena

In related news, a new trailer has been released giving us a first look at the brand new series on Nickelodeon, Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, featuring John Cena as the villain, Baron Draxum. Many of us grew up watching the original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and/or watched the incredible films (the originals, not the new ones). This series offers yet another take on the green machine with different animation than we’re used to, particularly with Splinter.

ONE FALL: Does NXT Need the North American Title?

William Regal announced on the March 7th edition of NXT that there will be a new title debuting in NXT at its Takeover: New Orleans event.  The new championship aptly named the NXT North American Championship will determine its inaugural holder in a blockbuster six-way ladder match featuring some of NXT’s most promising talent in Adam Cole, Lars Sullivan, Velveteen Dream, and Killian Dain, as well as newcomers EC3 and Ricochet.  Who would have pictured a match like that would be occurring at a WWE sanctioned event in 2018?

The new North American title is a testament to the growth that NXT has achieved over the years.  NXT has thrived on its simple structure of having the NXT Championship, NXT Women’s Championship, and NXT Tag Team Championship as top prizes of each division.  For many years, there simply was no need for a midcard championship.

The role NXT serves in the WWE model did not require, nor had a large enough roster for a midcard championship.  The NXT Championship is NXT’s top prize, however rather than working up from a midcard championship to the NXT championship, one would capture the NXT Championship and then move up to the main roster as every NXT Champion has done since 2012.  In a way, the NXT Championship is just a midcard championship in the whole landscape of WWE.  The top prize was never really the NXT Championship, it was the main roster.

As NXT continues to grow and acquire high profile names from all around the globe, it becomes harder to showcase talent in a meaningful and creative way.  Plus, some I’m sure some individuals would rather remain in Florida rather than moving up to the hectic main roster.

However, the NXT North American Championship is not NXT’s first stab at a midcard championship.  In 2017, the WWE United Kingdom Championship was born.  Though technically not a NXT championship title, the belt is featured primarily on NXT television rather than the main roster.

Tyler Bate and Pete Dunne have collectively held the belt since its inception, and rather than being showcased on WWE’s main roster, the championship has crafted a home on NXT.  Many thought that the United Kingdom Championship would become a mainstay midcard championship in NXT with some great matches between Pete Dunne and Johnny Gargano as well as the 2017 Match-of-the-Year between Tyler Bate and Pete Dunne at NXT Takeover: Chicago.  However, both Bate and Dunne are unfortunately not consistently used on NXT programming and the title struggles to be featured regularly.

I’m sure there are many fans on both sides of the issue: is the North American Championship needed in NXT?  Personally, I am torn on the subject and would be fine with either scenario, but nonetheless, we will look at both cases.
